Here you will find answers to the most common questions about reservations, kimono dressing, payments, returns, and photography services.

1. Reservations
- Can I make a same day reservation?

Yes, same day reservations may be accepted if availability allows.
Please visit us directly or call 080-3951-6861 to check.Please note that during busy periods, you may be asked to wait or we may be unable to accommodate your request. Thank you for your understanding.
- Reservation changes and cancellations

You may cancel or change your reservation free of charge up to 2 days before your scheduled date.
Cancellations made 1 day before or on the day of your reservation will be charged 100% of the total fee.
2. Kimono Dressing & Hair Styling
- How long does kimono dressing and hair styling take?

Approximate times are:
- Men: 15 to 20 minutes
- Women: 30 to 40 minutes
During peak seasons such as festivals, there may be additional waiting time.
- Can you store my clothes and personal items?

Yes. We will store your belongings (excluding valuables) at the shop during your rental.
- What should I bring on the day?
-
You may come empty handed. Everything you need is included in the rental plan (kimono, obi, undergarments, bag, sandals, tabi socks, etc.).
In summer, we recommend wearing light innerwear such as a tank top.
In winter, please wear warm inner layers like Heattech shirts or leggings.For best results, please avoid high neckline innerwear.
- I am tall (or short). Do you have different sizes?

Yes, we offer both larger and smaller sizes.
Please note that for larger body types, kimono selection may be limited and sleeve length may be slightly shorter.
3. Payment
- Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Payment is made in store by cash or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex).
4. Return Policy
- What is the latest return time?
-
Same day return is by 17:30.
If you wish to extend, an additional 1,000 yen per day will apply.
- What happens if I stain the kimono?

Normal wear stains (mud splashes, minor wear, etc.) do not incur cleaning fees.
However, irreparable damage such as oil based paint or cigarette burns may result in compensation fees of 5,000 yen or 20,000 yen (tax excluded).
5. Photography Service
- Can I book photography on the day without a reservation?

This depends on photographer availability.
You may need to wait after dressing, and if fully booked, we may be unable to offer photography. - When will I receive my photos?

All unedited photos will be sent via email within 7 days.
Please select your preferred images and reply with file numbers.
Edited photos will be delivered within 7 to 12 days (shooting day not included).
- Where does the photoshoot take place?

Photos are taken around the Asakusa area only.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide photography in other locations such as Meiji Shrine or Nezu.
- Do you have an indoor studio?

No. All photography is outdoors.
- Can I extend shooting time?
-
Extensions depend on the next booking schedule and may not always be possible.
- Is photography canceled in rain or snow?
-
No. Shooting is still possible in rain or snow.
6. Other Questions
- Can you store suitcases or strollers?
-
Yes. Large items such as suitcases or strollers can be stored for 1,000 yen per item.
- Is there a waiting area for companions?
-
Companions cannot enter the dressing room, but may wait inside the shop.
During busy times, we recommend arranging a meeting time outside.
