All prices are displayed on each product page and include tax.

Examples:
Women's Standard Kimono Plan: ¥5,500 (tax included)
Men’s Kimono & Hakama Plan: ¥8,800 (tax included)
Photoshoot Plan: ¥12,000 (tax included)

Additional Fees

Additional charges may apply in the following cases:

  • Late return fee: ¥1,000 per day
  • Large luggage storage: ¥1,000 per item
  • Compensation fee may apply in case of damage or excessive stains
    (¥5,500 or ¥22,000, tax included, depending on the condition)

Normal wear or minor stains caused by regular use will not incur cleaning fees.

Shipping Fee

No shipping fee applies due to the nature of the product and service.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card payment (online payment via Stripe)
  • In-store payment (cash or credit card)

Payment Timing

For advance reservations, payment is completed through this website.

If paying at the store, payment must be made on the day of your visit.

Service Delivery

The service will be provided at the reserved date and time at our store.

The standard return time for kimono rentals is 5:30 PM.

Reservation Method

Reservations can be made through this website or by phone.

Reservation Confirmation

For advance payments, the reservation is confirmed once payment has been completed.

For pay-at-store reservations, the reservation is confirmed once the reservation confirmation message is displayed or once confirmation has been sent by our staff.

Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations or changes are free of charge up to 2 days before the reservation date.

Cancellations made one day before or on the day of the reservation will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made after payment has been completed will be handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

For credit card payments (processed via Stripe), any applicable refunds will be issued to the credit card used for the original transaction.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days; however, the exact timing may vary depending on the card issuer.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept returns or refunds after the service has been used.

However, refunds may be issued in cases where the service cannot be provided due to our circumstances.

Disclaimer

The service may be modified or cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate assistance.
